Incorrect Address

3. DAMAGED PACKAGE POLICY
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Take clear photos of the package BEFORE opening it.
- After opening, if the product is damaged, take photos of:
- The exterior packaging
- The shipping label
- The damaged product

Failure to provide photos of the unopened damaged package may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.
