2. SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Estimates

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days after fulfillment

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Carrier Responsibility

Once shipped, HoodyTee is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather disruptions
  • Customs delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked “delivered”

Customers must contact the carrier directly regarding delivery disputes.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. HoodyTee is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


3. DAMAGED PACKAGE POLICY

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the package BEFORE opening it.
  2. After opening, if the product is damaged, take photos of:
    • The exterior packaging
    • The shipping label
    • The damaged product

Email all photos to:

support@hoodytee.com

Failure to provide photos of the unopened damaged package may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.

All claims are subject to review and approval.


4. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds
